At Steven’s Craft, all products are handcrafted and made with care, making each piece unique.

Return Eligibility
Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Personal preferences

• Minor variations in color, texture, or design

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement or refund.

To qualify:

• You must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order

• You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund accordingly.

Important Notice
Each product is individually crafted, and slight variations are part of the artisanal process and are not considered defects.
